The history of the Valduc Brewery has its origins when Antoine Limbourg matures the idea of designing a sustainable modern brewery rooted in the Belgian brewing tradition.
In April 2017, the first brew will take place in the new facilities of the Valduc Brewery in Thorembais-Saint-Trond.
He perpetuates a brewing tradition by reviving a brewery once located a few "beers" away from his own, the Meurice-Hanquet brewery.
The passion is the link of his project which is integrated in a social and environmental perspective... for a sustainable development for all.
It is in the hamlet of Ponceau, next to the nature reserve "Le Pré du Duc" that his brewery Valduc-Thor decided to install its tanks. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Thorembais-Saint-Trond, Antoine perpetuates the brewing past of the Perwézienne region.
A pretty little square farm in the heart of the village. The water is a bit chalky but great for beer. An atmosphere and a rural setting without equal. A rich and suitable land for the cultivation of hops.
